Getting started is easy

Optum My Chart is a secure online tool that lets you see your health records and connect with your doctor. You can review doctor’s visits, medicines, test results and more. It’s secure, easy to use and available 24 hours a day.

Using the patient portal is optional and will not change the care you get.

  • We protect your health information. We make sure the data is encrypted, which means it's coded so others can't see it. Also, your records can't be opened unless you enter your username and password. 
    OR

  • The patient portal can help you be more involved in your health care. You can:

    • Look at your medical records and those of your child or dependents 
    • See test and lab results
    • Update your health history and health records
    • Fill out and send patient forms online, so it's easier to check in for visits 
    OR

  • You can also use the patient portal to:

    • Get reminders for visits and follow-up care
    • Make appointments 
    • Send and receive messages from your doctor’s office

  • Use the patient portal to look at your bills and pay them online.
