San Bernardino Medical Group was founded in 1947 by a group of physicians who wanted to not only have an individual practice but have a group which could meet more of a patient's medical needs. 

Mission Statement:  San Bernardino Medical Group, Inc, a multi-specialty medical group, supports the Inland Empire area in the provision of comprehensive, appropriate ambulatory health care for adults and children in a safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.  Care is given to every patient not only for the treatment of injury and sickness but also for the maintenance of health and prevention of illness.

San Bernardino office location:  1700 N Waterman Ave, San Bernardino, California 92404. Physician's offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.  Our Extended Care Facility is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas). 

Currently we have 24 Physicians, an in house Lab, Radiology Department, and an independent Pharmacy. The Physicians are in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and General Surgery.

Fontana office location:  17051 Sierra Lakes Parkway, Suite 103, Fontana, California 92336.  Physician's offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  The Physicians are in Family Practice.

After 5 pm, the answering service will page the on-call doctor as needed.  If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, call 911 directly.
