San Bernardino Medical Group is located at 1700 North Waterman Ave in San Bernardino, California.It was founded in 1947 by a group of physicians who wanted to not only have an individual practice but have a group which could meet more of a patient's medical needs.

Currently we have 23 Physicians, an in house Lab, Radiology Department, and an independent Pharmacy. The Physicians are in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and General Surgery.

We accept Fee for Service patients from many insurances and HMO patients from the following HMO's: Health Net, Aetna, Pacificare, Blue Shield, Secure Horizons and SCAN.

Our physician's offices are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.  Our Extended Care Facility is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas). 

After 5 pm, the answering service will page the on-call doctor as needed.  If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, call 911 directly.
